Paul J. Mitchell,
Chief Financial Officer, Co-Founder

Prior to co-founding Kenet, Mr. Mitchell served at Kopin Corporation as chief financial officer and treasurer from its inception in 1985 through 1998. During his tenure at Kopin, the company had numerous equity and debt transactions including three rounds of venture capital financing, a research and development limited partnership, an initial public offering of its common stock as well as several follow on equity offerings, and a number of borrowing and credit agreements with commercial banks, leasing companies, and various agencies of the state and federal government. Mr. Mitchell holds
a bachelor’s degree in economics from the College of the Holy Cross, a master’s degree in accounting from Northeastern University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
